RULES AND CLAIMS PROCEDURE

Tangible products are shipped in parcel or registered mail usually the next day following the order, but no later than five working days after the order has been placed. Customer is contacted by operator if there are some changes or delays.
Delivery period might differ in various countries.
Total price of goods includes postage payd by customer.

Customer may cancel the order without stating reasons and without penalties before the goods are shipped.

The operator may cancel the order only if ordered goods are no longer available or when the price has markedly changed.

Operator will always contact you in case of canceled order.
Usually another type of goods are offered or recommended as replacement – any refunds or overpayments are credited within five working days to your account.
The goods may be returned within fourteen days from the date of receipt without stating a reason. In such cases, the customer has no right for refund of payment(s) made to third parties (i.e. banks, shippers etc.).

Corrected or repaired product will be returned to the customer on the seller’s costs.
Customer will be refunded if the product cannot be replaced or repaired. Money will be credited to your account within 10 working days after receiving the claim.

This warranty does not apply to intangible products - i. e. film downloads, if the customer evidently received link for download that works.
Placing an order the customer agrees with this claims procedure.
